The Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic, fast-paced tech team at an early-to-mid-stage startup. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customised solutions that meet business needs.
- Implement user interfaces with a high degree of usability and accessibility standards.
- Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing, and integration processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and enhancements to make recommendations for improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visual Force.
- Proven experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) for integrations.
- Strong understanding of database concepts and SOQL/SOSL.
- Front-end development skills such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with custom app development and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- Salesforce certifications are highly advantageous.
