We don't want to be the everyday medical clinic, instead bringing relatability and friendliness mixed with a level of professionalism to simplify the process for our patients!
About the Role:
As a Patient Support Associate, you'll be the heartbeat of our patient communications, offering support resolving customer queries through phone support. This role is perfect for those who have a knack for empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
This is a full-time position located in Richmond.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to patient queries and concerns efficiently over the phone.
Provide accurate information and support to patients, ensuring a positive experience.
Work closely with our clinical team to address and resolve patient issues.
Advocate for patient needs and preferences, aligning with easykind's values.
Provide patients with a 5-star easykind experience by being detail-oriented, patient-focused, and transparent in expectation setting.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Patience and a positive, empathetic attitude towards patients.
Experience in a mental health or healthcare-related role is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of the unique needs and sensitivities of patients in these settings.
