Digital Marketing Executive
Join us as a Digital Marketing Executive and drive patient acquisition end-to-end, owning paid ads, SEO, CRO, and data-led campaigns to grow our digital footprint in healthcare.
About us:
easykind is a leading Australian alternative healthcare telehealth clinic. Each year, we help thousands of patients across the country access trusted, alternative healthcare services. At a time when the alternative healthcare landscape in Australia felt confusing and hard to navigate, easykind began with a clear vision: to make compassionate care easily accessible for anyone looking for a kinder approach to their wellbeing.
This original vision remains a key foundation of our clinic today. We carry this inspiration into everything we do at easykind, ensuring that our focus remains firmly on our patients and their care.
Our clinical team, composed of AHPRA-registered doctors and nurse practitioners, provides expert, professional care during every consultation. Before and after appointments, our patient support centre is on hand to answer questions and guide patients, ensuring they feel fully supported throughout their alternative healthcare journey with us.
The Role:
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you are the engine room of our patient acquisition. While you'll work closely with the Marketing Director on strategy, your primary focus is the hands-on execution and daily optimisation that keeps our digital ecosystem healthy and cost-effective.
You will own the digital funnel from the first click to the final conversion, ensuring a seamless journey for prospective patients. By balancing the technical side of SEO and paid media with a sharp eye for website performance data, you will help us build a well-planned digital program that supports the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media & Performance
Campaign Execution: Lead and manage the execution of all paid digital advertisements (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube).
CPL Management: Take daily ownership of the Cost Per Lead (CPL) to ensure efficient growth and high-quality lead flow.
Budget Oversight: Work with the Marketing Director to manage the digital budget, ensuring spend is synchronised with practitioner calendar availability and seasonal fluctuations.
Attribution: Review and improve attribution tracking to enable proactive, data-led decision-making.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Technical SEO: Conduct regular site audits to monitor website health, improving crawlability, site speed and mobile responsiveness.
On-Page Optimisation: Manage metadata, header tags and internal linking structures to improve organic rankings for high-intent keywords.
Content Alignment: Ensure blog content and landing pages are optimised for search intent and keyword density.
Local SEO: Optimise Google Business Profiles and local citations to ensure easykind is the first choice for regional searches.
Agency: Work with an external agency, if and as needed.
Website & Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Testing Framework: Run A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates and user experience (UX).
MarTech Integration: Oversee the technical integration of our marketing stack, ensuring Salesforce data (conversions/actuals) feeds back into paid platforms to improve algorithm efficiency.
Maintenance: Monitor website performance alongside the Tech team, ensuring both front-end and back-end stability.
Data, Reporting & Collaboration
Insights & ROI: Provide regular reports on channel performance, organic growth and overall ROI.
Capacity Planning: Act as the link between Growth and Sales to ensure lead volume matches clinic capacity and practitioner calendars.
Stakeholder Engagement: Share data-driven insights with the wider team to help shape the national growth strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2-3+ years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing. Experience within the Australian healthcare or regulated industry sectors is highly regarded.
Technical Proficiency: Experience managing paid digital platforms, SEO tools and websites.
Analytical Mindset: You are obsessed with CPL and CRO, and you understand the "why" behind the data.
Compliance Aware: You are aware of (or can quickly master) the regulatory landscape of TGA and AHPRA.
Organised: Ability to manage budgets and campaign calendars with high attention to detail.
