Our clinical team, composed of AHPRA-registered doctors and nurse practitioners, provides expert, professional care during every consultation. Before and after appointments, our patient support centre is on hand to answer questions and guide patients, ensuring they feel fully supported throughout their alternative healthcare journey with us.
About The Role:
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and relationship-driven Account Manager. This role is the engine room of our daily clinical operations. You will act as the primary liaison for our practitioners, ensuring their schedules are optimised, their administrative burdens are minimised, and their performance is consistently high. Your mission is to balance business efficiency with practitioner well-being, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Daily Operational Support
Logistics & Scheduling:Verifying practitioner availability, verifying patient consults in the prractitioner portal, and managing shift cancellations.
Communication: Delivering daily briefings to practitioners to set them up for success, including schedule overviews and pending admin tasks.
Workflow Optimisation: Real-time management of administrative breaks to maximise output while preventing burnout.
Relationship & Performance Management
Engagement: Conducting fortnightly 1:1s and managing weekly hours/leave requests.
Accountability: Updating practitioner scorecards using LMA (Leadership, Management, and Accountability) principles and leading performance interventions when necessary.
Compliance: Monitoring contracted hours and ensuring all clinical documentation (scripts, approvals, etc.) is completed on time.
Communication & Business Growth
Acting as the bridge between the business and practitioners for tech updates and new features.
Collaborating with Patient Support to resolve cross-departmental queries.

Operational Excellence: comfortable with logistics and scheduling. Can manage complex daily workflows and optimise resources for maximum efficiency.
Empathetic Leadership: The ability to balance high-level accountability with genuine support. You can drive performance and conduct 1:1s while ensuring the people you manage feel heard, valued, and motivated.
Proactive Problem Solving: A forward-thinking mindset that identifies bottlenecks before they occur. You anticipate needs and implement solutions independently.
Clear Communication: Whether it’s a daily brief or an unexpected change, your communication is concise, professional, and easy to follow.
Data Literacy: Comfortable using scorecards and metrics to track success.
